Titled Kanojo Okarishimasu ~ Heroine All Stars ~ (Rent-a-Girlfriend ~ Heroine All Stars ~), the actual gameplay hasn't been revealed, but what has is the list of characters featured in the game that can be "rented", complete with voice-overs from their original anime voice actors. To celebrate the record, a special commercial narrated by none other than Rina Hidaka, the voice of one of the main heroines in the anime series, Yuika Koga, is posted on YouTube today. In additon to the relelase of the novel's latest 13th volume in Japan tomorrow, June 25, she announces four special projects to reach the milestone of one million copies: 1. A new series by Tomo Hanama and illustrator sune, 2. "Hensuki" art collection book, 3. A set of "Hensuki" goods, and 4. Streaming of the "Hensuki" ASMR.

Pre-orders are live for the digital version, and there will also be a special edition at launch that packs the game with a steelbook, a 190-page 2D Metroid series artbook, and five cards featuring box art from all the games in this particular saga. A new Samus amiibo is on the way at launch, as well, complete with her suit from Dread and an amiibo of E.M.M.I., who you can see in the announcement trailer below.

A new preview video has been released for the Japanese dubbed version of Heaven Official's Blessing (known in China as Tiān Guān Cì Fú), an animated TV series based on the fantasy novel of the same name by Mo Xiang Tong Xiu that follows the otherworldly exploits of an ill-fortuned immortal who ascends to Heaven but he gains the reputation of being a god of bad luck.

Square-Enix has been confirmed to currently be assisting in the development and production of hit RPG Final Fantasy IX as a child-focused animated series with French studio Cyber Group Studio, who will handle distribution, licensing and merchandising of the series, according to a report by children's media industry trade publication Kidscreen.  The series will be targeted to children aged 8-13 and the initial production is slated to begin by the end of this year into the first few months of 2022, depending on the level of interest in the initial pitch by broadcasters. Additional details such as episode count and release plans have yet to be confirmed.

In the story of the anime, one day a black meteorite fell on the world, and the world completely changed. The meteorite produced grotesque monsters called D2, which started running rampant. D2 very quickly banned all music, which was the one thing able to overcome them. But there were some people who resisted the D2. They are young women who hold the power of music, the "Musicart." These young women hold "scores" that are able to defeat the monsters. And there are also people who lead these women, the Conductor.

Funimation revealed on Monday that Yoshimasa Hosoya and J. Michael Tatum are joining the Japanese and English casts, respectively, of the Fruits Basket the Final anime season as the voice of Katsuya Honda.
